Matt lives in Frankfort, KY with his wife Ashley, daughter Mia, and their dogs. He attended Cornerstone Christian Academy, Western Hills High School, Centre College, and just graduated from the MBA program at Midway University.

During his professional tenure as a banker, Matt held positions of Commercial Lender, Mortgage Officer, and Licensed Financial Advisor. This financial experience is critical, and shows clearly in the planning and organization for each project.

Matt’s obsession with real estate began long before renovating or building the first house.

As a kid, Matt shares that he used to ride his bicycle after school to active job sites in new developments after the construction crews would pack up for the afternoon. Coupling imagination with curiosity, this is where Matt first saw the pieces come together to build a home.

Today— as a real estate developer, licensed real estate agent, and principal builder— Matt combines his education, his professional experience, his obsession, and his competitive drive to find creative ways to build better houses.

Penny is a licensed real estate agent, and works on staff as the in-house property manager for Freire Commercial.

Prior to jumping full-time into real estate management, leasing, and sales… she worked as a dental technician for 14 years.

Penny and her husband Ken have lived all over the country, as they proudly followed Ken’s military career assignments. Together, they now live in Frankfort KY and have 4 children + 2 grandchildren.

Aside from work, Penny enjoys hiking, hunting, kayaking, and caring for her flock of 40 chickens at her farm.

Tiffany is the property manager on the Freire Commercial team, bringing a well-rounded background in real estate, business ownership, and community involvement to the role. She's a licensed realtor and owner of TS Media & Consulting, with a genuine passion for helping people find the right fit — whether that's a home, a commercial space, or the right solution for their business.

Alongside her husband, Tiffany co-owns POURter's and Pourters Pub and Kitchen in Cave City, where she's built a business around community, good food, and good company. That hands-on experience running her own business gives her a unique perspective on what tenants and property owners actually need.

Outside of work, Tiffany is a mom to a -6-year-old and four very spoiled fur babies. When she's not juggling business and family life, you'll find her enjoying live music, eating on a patio somewhere, or soaking up time outdoors.
